Woman’s Club of Bala Cynwyd Calendar, 1929
“To live well, to laugh often, to love much” are the wise words on the front page of a calendar printed in 1929 for members of the Woman’s Club of Bala Cynwyd.
After over 100 years of service to the community, the Club donated their records to LMHS in spring 2024. Mindful of the wealth of information contained in this collection, the Society applied for and was awarded a Historical and Archival Records Care Grant from the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission in order to process the WCBC materials in summer 2025.
